We are building a full-scale infrastructure that includes:

Our mission is to bridge traditional investing with blockchain efficiency, allowing users around the world to access tokenized real-world assets through a compliant, secure, and transparent platform.

RWA (RWAs) means Real World Assets – physical assets digitized to be represented as tokens on the blockchain, e.g.

Real estate (apartments, warehouses, land);

Commodities and precious metals (oil, gold, silver);

Shares, bonds, equity stakes;

Debt contracts, invoices, or lease rights;

Real estate tokenization implies splitting a physical asset (e.g., an apartment) into digital shares represented by tokens, each of them delivering specific rights as a result.

Legal arrangements. The respective asset is registered to be held by an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), which becomes its sole legal owner.

Token Issuance. A fixed number of tokens (ERC-20) is created, e.g., for example, 125,000 AMT-MRS01, each of these standing for a share of income and one vote in the DAO.

Purchase and storage. The investor pays USDT to buy tokens on the Autentic platform, to hold them in their wallet; the platform does not serve to store funds.

Income Generation. The management company rents out the property and collects respective payments to transfer them to the SPV’s account.

Automatic distribution. The RentalDistributor smart contract divides the net income regularly (on a monthly basis, as a rule) among token holders in view of their respective share.

DAO Governance. The holders of the tokens vote on key issues, e.g. the renovation, tenant change, or asset sale, all this making the entire procedure transparent and relying on democratic principles. 1 token = 1 vote. The quorum is 5% of the entire issue.

Low Entry Point. Even as little as $1 is enough to buy a share, so there is no need to wait before you save thousands.

Transparency. All respective rights and transactions are hard-coded in smart contracts and can never be forged.

Fewer Middlemen, which means Lower Fees. The blockchain implies automated transactions thus removing any unnecessary intermediaries and eliminating the need for any extra banking or notarial fees.

Fractional Diversification. Portfolios are built easily with shares across multiple projects/assets.

Passive Income + DAO Governance. Automated income allocation; voting on key matters (renovation, sale, reinvestment).

A single 2-in-1 token One token (e.g., AMT-MRS01) immediately delivers the right to enjoy income and a vote in the DAO; most competitors divide these functions into two different assets.

Non-custodial + No KYC in the Pilot Phase. The platform never keeps the users’ funds, whereas it takes only a wallet to join; no verification required with the AML-control preserved at the same time.

Instant Onboarding. All the investor has to do is connect a wallet, pay USDT and get tokens immediately.

DAO-management on Snapshot with a low threshold. 1 token = 1 vote, quorum – 5%; maximum transparency ensured with all offers being visible in the open registry.

Monthly USDT Payouts via a smart contract. The rental income is distributed via smart contracts directly into the token holders’ wallets, with neither delays nor intermediaries involved.

Decentralized Governance. Decisions are made in Snapshot-DAO: offchain voting, no commission charged.

Integrated Ecosystem – “platform + marketplace + DAO”. All the elements (token purchase, dashboards, voting tools) are integrated in a single Autentic Global product, thus making the whole process easier for the user.

Taken together, these features offer a combination that is hard to find in the market – fast onboarding, full liquidity, transparent income, and true investor control.

Go to www.autentic.global and click Log In (right top), after which the Sign Up tab will appear.

Enter E-Mail and create a password. You will immediately get a verification message to the E-Mail; follow the link to enable your account.

Fill in basic details (name, DOB, country) and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

Set Up a Wallet. Install MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible Web-3 wallet and make sure it supports USDT (ERC-20).

Top up your USDT balance. Transfer the needed amount (min. ≈ 1 USDT – the price of one AMT-MRS01 token) to your wallet.

Go to the Autentic Market. Go to www.autentic.global, click “Connect Wallet” and log in – the entire process will take less than 15 minutes.

Buy the project tokens. Select an asset (e.g., AMT-MRS01), specify the amount and confirm the purchase. The tokens will be immediately credited to your wallet since the platform is non-custodial, i.e. it does not serve to store users’ funds. Check the dashboard, which will display the token balance, transaction history, and expected rent payments.

Get your income and vote. Rent payments will be distributed automatically by the smart contract (monthly, in USDT), where 1 token will stand for 1 vote in the project’s Snapshot-DAO.

Register on www.autentic.global, have your E-Mail verified and get your wallet connected

Go to Autentic Market to select the property by clicking on the respective card. You will see the details and the Invest Now button with a special space for the amount to be inserted;

Complete your purchase. Enter the number of tokens → confirm the transaction in the wallet; the smart contract will instantly immediately debit USDT with AMT dropping to your account.

Transfer USDT-ERC-20 to your wallet. Pre-fund MetaMask/any WalletConnect wallet with the required amount in USDT from the exchange or another wallet. Once you have the wallet connected to your Autentic Global account, you can buy the preferred investment tokens for USDT directly.

Reset your password. Click Forgot password on the login page, enter your E-mail and follow the link from the verification letter sent to your E-Mail. Click Reset Password, after which check your E-Mail to see the new password, which you can change in the account settings.

Investment options

Purchase of tokens for specific assets such as tokenized residential property. Right now, there is a pilot project in progress – Mersin House #01 Apartment. The investor buys AMT-tokens (1 USDT each) to automatically enjoy a monthly rent and the voting right concerning matters related to the Mersin House Token (AMT).

Initial offering on Autentic Launchpad (to be available soon). Join the issue of new tokenized assets at a preset price below that when it comes to the market.

Each of the options entails its own risks, liquidity and involvement, so investors can combine more than one tool

The minimal entrance threshold is the price per token within a particular offer.

· In the case of Mersin House Token, the price is $1 per 1 AMT (starting), so the investment can be as low as $1.

· Other projects will have their own entrance threshold depending on their value.

The maximum entry is limited by the available tokens only and, in the case of initial offering, by an individual limit that the platform will set for equal distribution (typically no more than a few per cent of the issue per investor). In case there are no such restrictions, you can purchase any share of the offer as long as the tokens are available.

Create an account.

Connect your MetaMask or any other WalletConnect-compatible Web-3 wallet to your account. Make sure it’s been preloaded with USDT stablecoins.

Select the investment type.

Autentic DAO – invest in a joint pool (e.g. Autentic DAO: Mersin House Token) where each member will have a profit share based on the number of tokens purchased, as well as a vote in the asset management;

Autentic Market – buy RWA-tokens from other members; Launchpad buy tokens of some new projects at the initial offering;

Buy tokens. Indicate the amount, then confirm the transaction in the wallet; the smart contract will block the seller’s coins and discharge your USDT.

Keep your tokens in your own wallet and track the income via the dashboard.

Get your payments automatically. The smart contract will distribute the net income on a regular basis (monthly, as a rule) transferring it right to your wallet address.

The entire process, actually, takes no more than a few clicks – get verified, have USDT, select a project and buy tokens. Further on, the income will be awarded automatically, while the liquidity will be ensured by the integrated market.

The income is shaped depending on the investment type and the project.

Now, here is the Autentic DAO: Mersin House Token #1 example:

The income comes from net rent payments (after the governance and servicing expenses). This amount is collected each month by the asset management company to be then distributed (via a smart contract) based on the number of the tokens held by each investor. Payments arrive to the wallets in USDT stablecoins (ERC-20). The asset rough profitability is 8% annually from the rent revenues.

The Autentic Market is a digital marketplace integrated into the Autentic ecosystem to host all tokenized platform assets.

How it works:

Connect the wallet
Enter via MetaMask or any other WalletConnect-compatible tool; no special login required. The platform is non-custodial – you get the tokens and the funds immediately.

Project display
View RWA listings with yields and token prices on the main page (first – Autentic DAO: Mersin House Token #1) with the prices and the key profitability metrics.

Buy tokens
Click Buy and indicate the number of the project tokens.

The payment is to be done with USDT (ERC-20) from your wallet.

Once confirmed, the smart contract will automatically send you the chosen number of tokens.

The investor’s dashboard. Check your personal account to see the balance of your tokens, the forecast and payment history, as well as the Governance button for DAO voting.

Payouts
Net rental (or another income flow from the asset) is distributed on a monthly basis in USDT, delivered right to your wallet.

The token holders are free to manage respective projects:

1. 1 token = 1 vote. Your vote value is equal to the number of the tokens held.

2. Proposals. Any member (or team) can put up an issue to the smart contract – renovation, replacement of the manager, sale of the asset, strategy amendment, etc.

3. Voting. Snapshot – offchain, gas-free; the vote is subject to delegation.

4. Decisions – once a decision is made, the team launches legal actions (repairs, replacement of manager, sale, etc.); the payments or the project status are to be automatically reflected in the interface.

5. Transparency and control. The outcomes are public, the platform can neither cancel nor alter any decision made by the community.

The above means that the investors will enjoy not passive income alone yet also true authority over their assets and management strategy.

AUT is the Autentic Global’s utility token used to pay tokenization fees, listing and transactions on Launchpad and Market; it is also used to calculate discounts and bonus incentives. Part of the revenue is used to buy/burn AUT, so the demand for the platform’s services supports the token’s value directly. Apart from the payment function, AUT is used to vote on strategic issues aimed at ensuring progress through the entire ecosystem.

AMT (MRS01) is a token that combines both voting rights and financial involvement, while offering an improved and user-friendly way to jointly own, manage, and benefit from a real estate asset.

Access to income. Each token entitles its holder to receive a monthly share of the rental profit and a share in the total revenue in the event the DAO decides to sell the apartment.

Involvement in management. One token = one vote in the DAO (Snapshot) voting: the holders decide on issues like repairs, change of manager, and sale.

Technical details.

Blockchain Avalanche L1 – Soluchain.

Fixed issue – 125,000 AMT-MRS01, with no additional issue to be offered.

Starting price – 1 USDT per token; tokens are stored in the investor’s wallet only while the platform does not manage them.

Legal status. The token is announced hybrid: it delivers economic involvement and utility functions, yet does not transfer direct ownership of the apartment; income is secured through a private agreement with the SPV company that owns the facility.

Brief: AMT is your share of income and vote related to an apartment in Mersin (Turkey), designed as one easy-to-manage token with your full control over it in your wallet.

Mersin (Turkey) offers a perfect combination of factors making it so investment-attractive.

A picturesque Mediterranean resort. The place can boast of more than 300 sunny days a year, a long strip of beaches with palm trees to enjoy a walk, a warm Mediterranean Sea and a rich history. This is a perfect place both for living and for recreation.

Simple requirements for foreigners. The neighborhoods of Mersin have a lot to offer to foreigners willing to buy – transactions are completed in 1-2 days; legislation allows registering an object with a joint venture company, providing investors with a legally transparent conventional ownership structure. According to TÜİK, as of June 2024, Mersin ranked 3rd in the country in terms of real estate purchases by non-residents.

Stable rent demand. The city has Turkey’s largest container port, a free economic zone, universities and the new Çukurova International Airport (scheduled to open in 2026). All this translates into an endless flow of sailors, students, expats and tourists who need accommodation.

The place is still not overpriced. The average cost of housing in Mersin has zoomed by more than 150% since 2019 and is growing steadily following a drawdown in 2023. And yet, a square meter on the Mersin coast is definitely cheaper than in Antalya or Istanbul, so tokenization fixes the asset at a reasonable cost at the same time leaving room for potential price rise.

Mersin is a combination of an attractive resort, affordable prices and robust economic drivers – an ideal platform to show how real estate tokenization works.

Real Estate. Held by an SPV (has all the papers – title of ownership, rent agreement) with the income collected (subject to a legally binding agreement) and distributed among the respective token holders via smart contracts.

Digital tokens. All the users’ tokens are held in non-custodial wallets, separated from the company’s own funds/transactions; access granted to the wallet owner only.

Control & security.

Regular external audits of assets and smart contacts;

Possible insurance (subject to a DAO decision);

All operations recorded in the blockchain, which prevents any data deception or dual use.

Blockchain is a distributed electronic journal with all data stored in sequential “blocks” secured cryptographically. No records cannot be faked or deleted with thousands of independent nodes maintaining their copies simultaneously. This ensures transparency and trust with no central controller involved.

A smart contract is a self-executing digital agreement whose rules are recorded in the blockchain and are automatically performed when specified conditions occur, while requiring neither any external intervention nor intermediaries. It is unchangeable and transparent. The code cannot be rewritten ex post, while all actions (who, what, and when) are always visible in the blockchain. The smart contract serves a guarantee that payments, voting and other operations are performed strictly according to the code, without errors or delays.
